Pragmatic Enterprise Architecture Framework (PEAF) 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I am launching an Enterprise Architecture Framework.

You are getting a sneak preview of this as it is only 70% published but will be 100% by the end of December (Mince pies and sherry permitting!)

It is called PEAF (Pragmatic Enterprise Architecture Framework) www.PragmaticEA.com and it is Free to use!

PEAF has been formulated over a large number of years by seeing what works and what does not work in organisations in a pragmatic sense.

It provides the artefacts necessary to begin an Enterprise Architect programme of work in an organisation and should be viewed as a quick start framework for anyone seeking to infuse and reap the benefits EA can bring to an organisation.

Where TOGAF is huge and Zachman is chiefly a taxonomy, PEAF cuts to the heart of what is needed to begin reaping the benefits of Enterprise Architecture. More than just a classification scheme or descriptive content, it provides a toolkit consisting of the vision, communication materials, maturity matrix, risks, plans, metamodel, principles, processes and metrics required to hit the ground running.

I would love any comments (positive or negative, negative preferred as that is how things improve) so do not hold back!

PS
Please make sure you register for updates so you will get to hear whenever I publish more content or update existing content.

Cheers,
Kevin.
