Master Data Management Framework (MDM Framework) is realized when your organization have developed, established, operate and govern all the required components of a master data management – standards, governance, processes and procedures (example: data governance, data stewards and data custodians, data governance council, data acquisition, retention and archival rules, data architecture, sources, targets, ETL and business rules, reporting etc.)
At what juncture do you think that an organization have a solid master data management framework in operation? What are the criteria and check lists that you follow to be able to say and validate that and MDM is effective and in place?
